1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rainmaker Sports ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Rainmaker Sports is an AI-powered sports analysis and news platform. We provide game previews, matchup analysis, statistical models, and market commentary for entertainment and informational purposes. Our content is generated using artificial intelligence and statistical modeling.
3. Not Financial or Gambling Advice
All content on Rainmaker Sports is for entertainment and informational purposes only. Our forecasts, analysis, and commentary do not constitute financial advice, gambling advice, or recommendations to place wagers. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Past performance of our models does not guarantee future results.
4. User Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. One account per person; automated account creation is prohibited.
5. Responsible Play Resources
If speculative play stops being entertainment, stop using the Service and seek help. Responsible play resources are available through the National Council on Problem Gambling chat and the national help and treatment directory.
6. Purchases and Refunds
Certain features require payment. All purchases are processed through Authorize.Net via TSYS. Forecast credits and daily passes are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire but may be subject to account terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service; (b) redistribute, resell, or publicly share premium forecast content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer our models or algorithms; (d) use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others; (e) circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, models, analysis, branding, and software on the Service are owned by Rainmaker Sports or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any forecast, analysis, or data. AI-generated content may contain errors. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainmaker Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from decisions made based on our content.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
